About the Program

Businesses must keep adapting its buildings and facilities to meet the changing needs of the organization if they want to succeed. Facilities management requires that every organization relies on a mix of functions and services to provide the support essential to its core business operations.

As organizers, facility managers are to ensure that the workplace meets the needs of employees and users of the facility by creating the most suitable working environment for users and their activities. They do this by managing all of the required services. These services may range from building and ground services, health and safety, security, space management, utilities and communication infrastructure etc.

To be effective, managers of these facilities not only have to provide a cost effective and safe environment but also respond to adapting its buildings and facilities to meet the changing needs of the organization.

This practical and informative three-day programme has been designed to equip participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to become successful facilities managers.
