About the Program

Businesses must keep adapting its buildings and facilities to meet the changing needs of the organization if they want to succeed. Facilities management requires that every organization relies on a mix of functions and services to provide the support essential to its core business operations.

As organizers, facility managers are to ensure that the workplace meets the needs of employees and users of the facility by creating the most suitable working environment for users and their activities.
