About the Program
Leadership and People Management skills are personal attributes each leader/manager, should possess to enhance their individual performance. Leadership and People Management skills are about the skills of motivating people to achieve high standards of performance. It takes special skills to inspire people to perform at a high level on a regular basis.
As leaders and managers, we are constantly being required to take new roles of facilitating, coordinating and orchestrating the work behaviours of others.
To work with and sustain an effective team, leaders and managers, need to possess a high level of emotional intelligence and delegate effectively while at the same time, manage disengagement from the vision of the organization.
This four-day intensive programme will help participants develop their leadership, people management and emotional intelligence skills to achieve greater flexibility in working.
